Turnkey plug & abandonment, from permit to certification

We manage the full decommissioning lifecycle, from the regulatory filings through the final plugging record, and measure the methane removed on every well.

Our Services

We Lead With Better Systems.

Plug & Abandonment

Methane Detection & Emissions Monitoring

Site Restoration & Reclamation

Permitting & Project Management

Hybrid rig-and-coil plugging for wells 8,000 ft and under, plus conventional plugging for deeper and more complex wells.

Handheld TDLAS surveys, GPS-tagged readings, and a database that ranks wells by emissions.

Surface equipment removal, regrading, and reseeding, returning the site to the condition the surface owner expects.

Notices, filings, and plugging records handled end to end with the relevant regulatory agencies.

The Hybrid Approach

A conventional P&A job keeps one workover rig on the well from start to finish. For shallower wells, that commits more rig time than the work requires, and rig time is the costly part. The hybrid model divides the job between two units, each suited to its part of the operation.

Rig prep: The workover rig pulls rods and tubing, preps the well, and sets the cast iron bridge plug.

Coil and cement: The coiled-tubing unit tags, perforates, and squeezes cement across the zones in a single trip. Continuous coiled tubing removes the pipe tripping a conventional job requires, so cementing runs faster and the cement is placed with better depth control.

Emissions intelligence

Measured emissions on every well

Most P&A contractors plug the well and move on. CRS surveys each well with a handheld TDLAS laser detector that reads methane from up to 330 ft away, tags the reading with GPS and photos, and records it in a central database that correlates those readings with historical cementing records and samples taken during drill-out.

For an operator or a state program, that data turns a field into a ranked plugging program and leaves a documented environmental record for each site, useful for compliance, reporting, and proof of the methane reduced.
